Customer Service Advisor Apprentice

 The FJ Chalke Group are looking to secure the next generation of motor trade enthusiasts!

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, people-person with a keen eye for detail to join our award-winning company as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor within the Service team at our multi-franchise site, Nissan branch in Wincanton.

You will be part of our brand-new Apprenticeship and Training Academy, where you will be fully supported and guided throughout your journey with FJ Chalke.

As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills with both our customers and colleagues. You will present yourself in a professional manner and always use appropriate language and body language to provide the best quality of customer service. The service department is busy and fast-paced and will require you to complete your daily tasks and assist the service advisors wherever possible, while working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.

Duties may include:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with the Service Technicians
  • Booking in and scheduling vehicle services
  • Responding to customer requests and liaising with them about any additional work that may be required
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Supporting the service advisors and completing your daily tasks
