Our Apprentice of the Year stands out for all the right reasons. Rob has shown a mature, positive attitude, gone above and beyond, taken ownership of his development, built great relationships, demonstrated real commitment, earned excellent feedback, and maintained outstanding attendance and punctuality.
Throughout 2025, Rob has excelled in all these areas. He has shown an outstanding approach to both his college work and his responsibilities in the workshop. He takes full ownership of his progress, from proactively developing his skills to recently passing his driving test. Always punctual and eager to learn, he brings genuine passion for the automotive industry and a bright future with FJ Chalke.

All of our apprentices have truly shone throughout 2025, embracing every opportunity to learn, mastering new skills, and tackling challenges with enthusiasm and determination. Achieving a 100% Pass Rate is no small feat, and it’s a testament to their dedication and the support of the FJ Chalke Academy.
